Schedule 10 minutes of "worry time"

Activity Purpose: Destressing Your Work Day

Activity Duration: 10 minutes

The Worry Time activity is intended for you to better understand the nature of your stressors and overcome those stressors so you can be your best self!

How to do it:

    1. Go sit in an empty conference room or find a quiet place outside of the office
    2. Take a piece of paper and split it into three columns: My Worry; Why it Worries Me; Worst That Can Happen; What I Can Do About It
    3. Spend several minutes carefully filling out and internalizing each column. Go back to work feeling less worried and more empowered!
